your cipher must devide by 32, yours is 73 characters long meaning one is incorrect. That array will also probably need to be changed to match your key. Ill look at it later

ive ran out of time for today, but i think im getting closer to cracking it. I think your encode array is:

2,4,9,11,16,20,28,30,32, 0,12,14,17,22,25,27,29,34, 3,5,7,15,19,24,26,31,33, 1,6,8,10,13,18,21,23,35
